This utility enables personal desktop workstations to mount Google Drive or synchronize directories using standard rclone commands.

• Local Desktop Architecture: Runs directly on the user's desktop computer. Local web-based control interfaces (such as rclone Web GUI) are local HTTP services bound to 127.0.0.1 / localhost, executing entirely on the host machine.
• Direct Google API Communication: Data transfers (uploads, downloads, and directory listings) are communicated from local rclone to Google's official endpoints, or through whatever local network proxy or VPN the user explicitly configures on their workstation.
• No Hosted Project Backend: This public information website has no backend server or database and never handles Google user credentials or drive files.
• User-Initiated: Files are read, modified, or deleted only upon explicit user actions or local command invocations.

• OAuth Credentials: OAuth tokens received from Google are stored locally on the user's filesystem in the standard configuration file (rclone.conf). During authentication, tokens are transmitted directly to Google's OAuth endpoints as authentication requests; they are never sent to this public informational website or its operators.
• VFS Disk Cache: When rclone VFS cache is enabled for filesystem mounting, cached files reside on the user's local disk. The cache must only be manually purged or removed after all pending background uploads have completed and all open file handles are closed to prevent data loss.
